6th Grade Science Camp

We are excited to share the opportunity for our 6th graders to be fully immersed in nature while experiencing science, hands-on, at the Emerald Cove Outdoor Science Institute 

March 24th - 28th, 2025

We have attached all of the information you need to register your student, get updated information, and prepare for the trip.

What to Expect

How and When Do I Pay?

The cost per student is $500. That cost includes: camp attendance, bus fares, teacher stipends, a t-shirt, and a sweatshirt.

 

You can pay the $500 all at once,

which is due by March 15th,

or you can make payments.

The payment schedule suggestion is:

January 15th- $250

February 15th- $200

March 15th - remaining balance

You can pay in cash or by check.

Checks can be made payable to OCSCS

or PYLUSD

please make a note that the payment is for 'your student's name- Outdoor Science Camp'

How do I get updates?

All parent communication for OSS (Outdoor Science School) will be done through a Google Classroom and via email from Mrs. Givens or Dr. Fisher.

  

Please note: PYLUSD emails are not able to connect to the Google Classroom due to district security. Therefore, this classroom will not work when the students are logged in. Please log in using your personal email.

¿Cómo y cuándo pago?

El costo por estudiante es de $500. Ese costo incluye: asistencia al campamento, pasajes de autobús, estipendios para maestros, una camiseta y una sudadera.

Puede pagar los $500 de una sola vez, con vencimiento el 15 de marzo o puede realizar pagos en cuotas.
