Independent PE

Students competeing in a sport outside of school may qualify for independent PE during the school year. 

​

To qualify, students must compete at the National level for their sport and submit a completed application with all required supporting documentation.

​

If approved by the district, students are then responsible for turning in their Activity Log & Performance Evaluation forms (attached below)    5 days prior to the end of each semester.

​

Please carefully read the Board Regulation/Application for eligibilty, and use the Independent PE Application Checklist to ensure you provide all required documentation (see attached documents below).
